EMEA Region Non-Country Committee Voting Representative
The position of the three regional DPCA Non-Country Committee Voting Representatives was created through changes in Democrats Abroad (DPCA) Charter in 2021 to ensure that all members of Democrats Abroad (DA) have representation and a voice in our global organization. The role of the DPCA Non-CC Voting Representative is an important development for the growth of Democrats Abroad (DPCA) and the enfranchisement of DA members who currently do not have representation in the DPCA governing body.
These representatives serve alongside approximately 250 other voting representatives from DAs country committees to discuss and vote on DA business – such as Resolutions, Platform, and International leadership elections at global meetings.
To be eligible for nomination for the Non-Country Committee Voting Representative from the EMEA Region, a candidate must be a member of Democrats Abroad by the Nominations Deadline of 28 March 2024 midnight members' time, and must reside as a general member in the EMEA Region.

(Both the Nomination Form and a Candidate Statement must be submitted by the deadline to be included on the ballot.)

On-line voting will begin 31 March with the publication of Candidates’ Statements and distribution of ranked-choice ballots; and end 14 April midnight members’ times.
The Election Result Reporting Meeting will be announced once ballots have been tabulated.
