• Pork Loin ~ Roasted pork short loin with pear chutney, mash potatoes, seasonal vegetables & Calvados demi jus.
• Oven Roasted Salmon ~ Oven roasted salmon with herb roasted mini red potatoes, sauteed spinach, Beurre Blanc sauce.
