For all of those left in the city this August and who have also been wanting to finally join or bring a friend, here is your chance! We will be at the Summerstage at Roßauerlände with a laptop, so that you can get registered to vote for the election in November. Join us! It’s going to be a wonderful evening of music and fun to get out the vote exactly one month before Election Day. The Joey Green Band, along with special guests Celina Ann and Danny Chicago, will be performing. Best of all, the proceeds from the fundraiser will go to the Democratic Party Committee Abroad (DPCA) to help put Democrats back in control of both houses of Congress, keep the White House, and fill the Supreme Court vacancy and other vital posts! So come on out for an evening of rock & roll, funk, soul, blues, and swing with Democrats Abroad Austria and three of Vienna’s quintessential “American” performers.

Dear Member (plus American friends and family),
For those of you who have not yet registered/requested an absentee ballot for the November elections, please go to www.votefromabroad.org now! The site is user friendly and will walk you through the process for your state. You do NOT need to be a registered Democrat to use this site.
For those who have already requested their ballots, THANK YOU!! (Note: States are required to send ballots to overseas voters 45 days before a general election. As soon as you receive your ballot, vote and return it.)
Please feel free to pass on this website to any American living overseas who wants to vote in November. This site is non-partisan and one doesn't need to be a member of Democrats Abroad to use it.

2. Phone-A-Friend Membership Drive
Do you have American friends living in Austria who haven't yet registered to vote or aren't yet members of Democrats Abroad Austria? If so, give them a call and urge them to register to vote by going to votefromabroad.org, where they can request their absentee ballot for the upcoming election and also become a member of DA Austria.
Once you've made the referral, send an email to [email protected] telling us who you've referred, and your name will be entered into our Phone-A-Friend Membership Drive raffle. The membership drive runs from August 15th through September 27th. Each time a friend referral is made and registered at the above email, the referring member’s name will be placed in the hat to win one of three "valuable" prizes.
The winners’ names will be drawn at the Vienna Debate Watch Party on September 27th at the Beaver Brewing Company. The grand prize winner will receive two tickets to our Rockin' the Vote for Hillary concert on October 8th. Second place will receive a special, limited-edition Clinton/Kaine Stronger Together T-shirt. Third place will receive a keepsake campaign button of his/her choice.
