With midterm election quickly approaching, join us in Hamburg to learn more about how you can be an active part of getting out the vote, meet other democrats living in Germany and give your input on the DAG political process. This year we will also dedicate time to discuss amendments to our bylaws to help improve DAG and make sure our country adapts to the changes of our organization.
A more detailed program will be announced in the future.

Save the date for Democrats Abroad Berlin's November monthly meeting at 7:30pm on November 7, 2017!
- Agenda -
What does science tell us about how to talk politics with people we disagree with? Joanna Mikulski, an expert in behavior change communications, will lead a fun and interactive workshop designed to help you put the best ideas from research to use when communicating about hot or sensitive topics. She'll draw on lessons from both from her time at the White House Office of Management and Budget and as the managing director of Assemblyfor, a creative communications and strategy agency. You'll walk away with tips and tools relevant for day-to-day activism - whether while making calls to your representatives or debating with your conservative relatives over the holidays.
- Potluck -
Continuing our new tradition, we will be having a potluck! There will be drinks (by donation), so please bring food to share.
As always, we welcome new faces, even if you've never attended a meeting or an event before.
It's not required, but RSVP here to let us know you're coming and please help out by sharing this event on Facebook. Looking forward to seeing you there!WHENNovember 07, 2017 at 7:30pmWHEREBegegnungsstätte Falckensteinstraße
