Democrats Abroad Hong Kong is deeply saddened by the passing of former First Lady Rosalynn Carter. Mrs. Carter was an exceptional advocate for social causes, a champion of mental health, and a dedicated public servant.  Her tireless efforts to improve the lives of others, both during her time in the White House and beyond, have left an indelible mark on our nation and the world.  We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Carter family and join the nation in mourning the loss of an extraordinary woman. May her legacy continue to inspire us all to strive for a more compassionate and inclusive society.
