Democrats Abroad Taiwan is the official country committee US Democrats living in Taiwan. We organize regular events for community building, share information relevant to Americans living overseas, and work together to make our voices are heard. Whether you have ideas, questions, or just want to pitch in, we welcome you.

I'm a lifelong Democrat who grew up in Minnesota and have called Taiwan home for nearly four decades. Working in the media here gave me a front-row seat to Taiwan's remarkable journey toward democracy. Seeing how deeply Taiwanese cherish the freedoms they've fought for is a powerful reminder for us all.

From helping you register and vote from overseas, to addressing issues affecting Americans abroad and here in Taiwan specifically, our goal is to keep you informed and connected. 

The more people involved, the stronger we are. Come find your reason for getting involved in the work that truly matters.
