2024 Annual General Meeting

Join us on Thursday evening, May 23, at 7:00 pm for the Barcelona chapter's Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As you know, with a presidential election (and important House and Senates races) coming up, this is a big year for us. We'll be talking about what we've been doing since our last AGM last May and all that's left to do between now and November (and beyond).

Ongoing fundraising and social activities: Move Night, book club.

Upcoming celebrations and events: Pride in June, 4th of July picnic, voter-registration events in September, our post-election night party.

GOTV: phonebanking and postcarding in the final push to help members to request and return absentee ballots. Outreach at American schools and universities.

Upcoming initiatives: leadership team training for the 2025-27 team. The chair, vice-chair, secretary and treasurer roles will be up for election at next year's AGM. 

We'll also hear about what the state teams have been up to. These are teams of DA members located all over the world working together on issues in their states. 

We'd love to see you in person, but if you can't make it to ESERP, you will be able to participate virtually.
