Please join the Carol, Scott, and the Florida State Team for an update on election issues for Florida voters abroad.  Our tentative agenda:

  • Review changes in Florida voting laws
    • Everyone must now file an FPCA each year in order to receive a ballot
    • Voters requesting an absentee ballot must provide a Florida ID or Social Security Number
    • Other changes

    • Updates on the Harris / Walz campaign in Florida
    • Updates on the Florida US Senate race where Debbie Murcasel-Powell is vying to unseat Rick Scott
    • Florida Constitutional Amendment on abortion rights and other amendments (and how you can vote on these important measures)

    • How to return a Florida ballot (easy way to use the fax option)
    • ZoomTheVote session will follow the meeting
