Beyond spending time with my family, I am passionate about DIY projects, interior design, patio herb gardening, and movies. I am also deeply committed to community service and politics. Since becoming a resident of Panama, I have been working with fellow U.S. expats to support ESL teachers at a local Panamanian school. I conducted a professional development workshop for educators just before the school year began.
