Americas Region Resource Page
For Countries without a DA Committee
Welcome to DA Americas Region’s Resource Page for DA members residing within countries (or continents) that have neither an established DA Country Committee nor an in-country coordinator. These countries include:
Antarctica Bolivia Cuba Falkland Islands (Malvinas) French Guiana
|
Honduras Nicaragua Paraguay Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha
|
Saint Pierre and Miquelon South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands Surinam Venezuela
|
*If your country is not listed here, it has a separate web page (see here) or is part of DA Caribbean Islands.
Although there is currently no DA in-country organization or representation within these countries, DA has Regional and Global resources available to provide you with information and support.
Within Your Country
Click above on How to Vote from Abroad in 2024: For countries without DA Committees. It is important to know that registering as a citizen (or dual citizen) living abroad affords you rights and privileges not granted to voters who register “absentee” through their state voter system, pursuant to the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA).
Review the information and tips provided, including options for the easiest, cheapest, and most reliable ways to return your ballot; then go to VotefromAbroad.org to register and request your ballots for 2024. Voter assistance is available online and at: [email protected] and includes individual support should problems arise - at any point in the voting process.
