DA Bordeaux is a chapter of DA France, the official country committee for US Democrats living in France. Watch this space for upcoming announcements of meetings and events - we have events planned throughout the year, and encourage anyone interested in participating to get in touch using the email address listed below.
There is never a “wrong” time to join as we have monthly zoom meetings with our members which allow those who live even at the edges of the Nouvelle Aquitaine region to feel connected. Aside from our monthly members’ meeting, we also host a monthly politico-culture discussion touching upon a variety of different subjects ranging from God in Politics to Protest Power and even Revolutions ! Tellement français n’est-ce pas ?
We are always thinking of new events to help promote citizen action as well as just looking for an excuse to get together and share ideas!
If you have questions or would like to help with Democrats Abroad in Bordeaux, please contact us. We are always looking for volunteers for phonebanking, to help push the vote, or just be an extra set of hands for the various holiday-themed events we host (Thanksgiving, 4th of July etc.)
