Information Session for DA DNC Representative elections (Global and Americas)
On September 9, 2023, DA will be electing DNC Representatives to fill two vacancies in DA’s representation in the 2020-2024 DNC Body. The elected DNC Representatives will fill roles vacated by the election of a Global DNC Representative to DA International Global Chair and by the resignation of the Americas DNC Representative. The term will start immediately following their election and will run through the end of the 2024 Democratic National Convention in Chicago.
Two meetings will be held on September 2 to inform interested candidates and voting reps about the role of a DA DNC Representative and ask any questions they may have. Prospective candidates will also be given the opportunity to introduce themselves (5 minutes) and will have up to 5 minutes to answer any questions from DPCA representatives.
