Help Get Out the Vote - Group up!
Some DA members have started state-specific Facebook groups (e.g., Arizonans Abroad, Texans Abroad, etc.) to help Democrats and other progressive-minded U.S. citizens living abroad stay apprised of political developments, issues, candidates running for elected office, polling data, and notifications of voting deadlines and rules for your specific state.
When you join your state group, in addition to the above, you'll also see news from organizations like your state Democratic party, the League of Women Voters, the ACLU, the NAACP, the AFL-CIO, and campaigns, plus local newspapers and media - all presented from an expat perspective. In our Events section, you’ll find dates for candidate forums and debates.
We focus on the battleground states, in both the presidential (electoral college) and the Senate election, but keep an eye on all states. While these groups are independent of Democrats Abroad, we support Democratic and progressive candidates up and down the ballot!
We invite you to find your state group and start meeting fellow Americans worldwide who share concerns on issues that affect us. Tell your friends!
