How to Fax Your Florida Ballot Without a Fax Machine

Florida voters are allowed to return their ballots by fax. Ensure your ballot arrives on time!!

It’s easy to return your voted ballot by fax, even without access to an actual fax machine. There are simple and free EMAIL to FAX options - read for more details!

Your FAXED ballot must arrive by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day!

Florida voters can return the ballot and signed Voter's Certificate by fax. The ballot and certificate must be faxed directly to the fax number provided by the Supervisor of Elections.

 

You can email or upload your BALLOT and your signed and dated VOTER OATH/CERTIFICATE to a commercial email-to-fax service

  • Does it matter what size paper I use Yes, create US letter-sized PDFs to ensure the ballot information all fits on the fax sheet printout (it's OK if your ballot spills over on to more than one page).

  • You must print and fill out this Voter Transmission Cover Sheet-In Bound From Voters. Voters should use this fax transmission cover sheet as a cover sheet when faxing or emailing election materials back to their local election office.
