Jennifer Phillips is an experienced organizational consultant, coach, and advocate for systemic change. Originally from Houston, Texas, she began her political journey with Beto O’Rourke’s campaign. Since moving to Canada in 2019, Jennifer has stepped into several leadership roles within Democrats Abroad.
Currently serving as Chair of the British Columbia Mainland Chapter, Jennifer also oversees national digital advertising efforts as the National Manager of Digital Advertising for Canada. Her work spans globally, contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance leader collaboration and member outreach. She has held various roles, including Regional DNC Member and Delegates Elector, BC Mainland Communications Officer, and Texans Abroad North American Lead.
Jennifer focuses on strengthening community engagement and expanding voter outreach while fostering understanding and helping teams align toward shared goals for progress.
