I have been living in Lisbon for the past 18 months.  I am a widow and the mom of two grown boys living in Nevada and Hawaii and a fur baby living with me.  I have been a business owner and a project manager for a Global IT company.  I have successfully led teams to meet deadlines and goals.  I joined Democrats Abroad because I feel that it is important as an American, that I provide what support is reasonable to help preserve and maintain democracy. It is mandatory that our political system remains intact to allow its citizens the practice and principles of equality.
