- Overseas Civilian Voters: Postmarked by January 29
- Active Duty Service Members & Families: not required
Ballot request
- Overseas Civilian Voters: Received by February 13 at 5 PM
- Active Duty Service Members & Families: February 14 at 5 PM
Ballot return

By mail: Received by February 18
- All ballots must be received by the time polls close
- All ballot curing must be completed by the time polls close
- Polls close at 8 PM

Voter registration: All voters can register and request their ballots using mail, email, or fax - we recommend voters use VoteFromAbroad.org to complete their Federal Postcard Application.

- Active Duty Service Member Families: received by March 28 at 5 PM

- All voters: received by April 1
