Lisa Nelligan grew up in the Chicago area.  She last lived in Houston, Texas, in the US. She and her husband have lived full-time in San Miguel for two years. They also live with two chihuahuas. Lisa is active at Control Canino, where she walks, feeds, and loves the dogs.
