Independence Day Picnic - Madrid

Please join Democrats Abroad Madrid for its annual Independence Day picnic!

Given that the 4th coincides with the Pride March this year, we'll be celebrating a day later on Sunday, July 5th.

Please join us in the Retiro (in the shade on the grass behind the Ángel Caído gate) from 2:30pm onwards. This will be a potluck-style event, so please bring a dish to share and your own drinks. Kids, family, and friends welcome! Feel free to bring games, toys, etc.

IN CASE THE RETIRO IS CLOSED - RED ALERT (this sometimes happens due to wind - you can monitor the status here), we will gather at the Templo de Debod. Please look for an American flag and/or a Democrats Abroad banner.

IN CASE OF RAIN, we will cancel the event.
