Special Juneteenth Event: Make Your Voice Heard

Hey Democrats Abroad Thailand Members!

This Juneteenth, let’s celebrate freedom and justice by taking action for what we believe in. We’re hosting an awesome evening of civic engagement to help you make a real difference from abroad.

We’re thrilled to have DAT’s Chair, a seasoned advocate and expert in grassroots organizing, join us to share powerful strategies for effective civic action. You’ll learn how to communicate with representatives and amplify your political voice as an American overseas.

This isn’t just a talk—it’s a hands-on workshop. Our experienced volunteers will be there to help you:

  • Draft compelling letters to your representatives
  • Make strategic phone calls to key offices
  • Navigate the civic process with confidence
  • Connect with fellow engaged Democrats

Whether you’re an experienced activist or just starting your civic journey, this event will energize and empower you to take meaningful action.

On this day that celebrates freedom, let’s exercise our democratic rights and make our voices heard from Thailand to Washington.

Come by yourself or bring other Americans to join us. All who believe in democracy and exercising our rights are welcome.

Ready to turn your passion into action? We’ll see you there!

Margarita Storm is located on Sukhumvit road and Soi 13.  We will meet on the 2nd floor.
