Donations are made to Democrats Abroad (Democratic Party Committee Abroad) and not to any candidate for Federal Office.

Donations to Democrats Abroad are not tax-deductible.

Please note the following: $20.20 Prize Draw is OPEN ONLY to U.S. citizens at least 18 years of age who are also Democrats Abroad members. An individual may NOT enter on behalf of another individual nor transfer his/her entry to another person. Members of the $20.20 Prize Draw Committee and their immediate family are not eligible for prizes. All federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. The $20.20 Prize Draw registration ends on August 20, 2020 at 11:59 PM EDT the last day of the Democratic National Convention. Winning entries for the Prize Draw will be drawn and announced on August 22, 2020. One name for each prize and two alternatives will be drawn. The sponsoring committee will set the rules in advance on how the prizes will be drawn. All prize winners must provide the sponsors with proof of their U.S. citizenship.

By participating in this Prize Draw each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these official rules, agrees to the decisions of the sponsors and prize providers, warrants that they are eligible to participate in this Prize Draw and holds harmless the sponsors, prize providers from and against any claim or cause of action. This Prize Draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
