NEW AI content creation policy

A new AI policy states to not use AI for creating images or text from scratch—ask the Comms team or grab an existing template (more coming soon, see below!), and then ask AI to edit. Other key points about AI:

  1. NEVER enter personal information of DA members in AI or grant AI access to files or locations containing personal information—e.g., names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
  2. Turn OFF AI training in tools to prevent exposing your data.
  3. Treat AI like a partner, not an author.
  4. Confirm everything AI says and beware hallucinations.

Review the one-page policy with examples of good vs. bad prompts.

Phonebankers needed!

Please consider finding time to place some calls and encourage your fellow DA members to do the same.

"Why should I use Vote from Abroad?"

We know this is a common question on social media right now, and expect to publish an official post next week highlighting VFA's commitment to not selling data, adhering to GDPR standards, and providing 24/7 support. Stay tuned.

Social Media calendar updated every Sunday

The content calendar is updated every Sunday with the full week’s worth of content.

Expect 8-10 posts weekly through the midterms, including more VFA selfie videos like Traitors host Alan Cummings and recurring posts like the State Rules Map and Voter Disinformation Guide.

Coming soon: New DA templates

We appreciate the positive reactions to the fresh design of midterms graphics, and are working our way through many requests for templates teams need—stay tuned and please be patient!
