I think the best thing to share is the English language article on Swiss healthcare that somebody wrote and put on Wikipedia. It is comprehensive and clearly written. I suspect many Americans would prefer the Swiss blend of - mandatory personally-purchased insurance, - multiple competing private insurers, - federal oversight/regulation, - government financial help for those needing it to a straight federal single-payer system.
