Just to clarify the requirements for voting in the Democrats Abroad Global Presidential Primary, each person intending to vote must:
- be a U.S. citizen who is eligible to vote (note: if you are not yet registered to vote in U.S.elections, this can be done at the global primary election facility),
- show U.S. photo I.D., ideally your U.S. Passport,
- be a member of Democrats Abroad in the chapter in which you intend to cast your global primary vote - you can become a member at the global primary election facility.
- show proof of residency in the country, such as national I.D., school I.D. or a phone or utility company invoice.
If you have any question, please bring as much identification as possible to the voting location and we will do our best to help you cast your vote in the Democrats Abroad Global Presidential Primary.
