Michigan Ballots for the August 6 Primaries are out!

If you requested your ballot via email - check your inbox! To help know about the different candidates and ballot initiatives, here are suggestions for non-profit resources. We also encourage everyone to vote for all the races down-the-ballot, as even smaller local races are proving crucial to protect our democracy.
Michigan Democratic Party has statewide information and websites of all Counties which cover local election candidates and issues and Party endorsements.
Ballotpedia.org is a literal encyclopedia of politics and elections, and has in-depth information on policy issues and ballot measures for each state (Ballotpedia Michigan).
The platform Blue Voter Guide pulls up specific candidates per address, and lists the endorsements based on 79 organizations!
Bridge Michigan is Michigan's largest nonprofit, non-partisan civic news service and is a publication of the Center for Michigan.
League of Women Voters of MI - LWV was created in 1920 as women were still fighting for the right to vote!  This non-partisan nonprofit publishes the voter guide Vote411. Lots of good civic resources and listings as well.
Progress Michigan collaborates with other progressive organizations and also has interesting blogs and research on key issues.
