Ashley's War: The Untold Story of a Team of Women Soldiers on the Special Ops Battlefield

In 2010, the Army created Cultural Support Teams. Women would play a critical role in Special Ops teams. While the male soldiers searched for insurgents, the CTS would question, search and gather intelligence from the women living in the Afghan compounds.
