BOOK RECOMMENDATION
In 2010, the Army created Cultural Support Teams. Women would play a critical role in Special Ops teams. While the male soldiers searched for insurgents, the CTS would question, search and gather intelligence from the women living in the Afghan compounds. Male soldiers could never build relationships in an Islamic country, but CST could - woman-to-woman. Gayle Tzemach Lemmon, 2015, Harper. Wherever books are sold.
