is a celebration of who we are as Americans abroad, a Cookbook created by a team of DA Spain volunteers. Every recipe, contributed by DA members from all over Spain, tells a story of family traditions, new beginnings, creativity and resilience. Some dishes are old favorites passed down through generations; others are inventions born of Spanish markets and American cravings. Together they remind us that democracy, like a great meal, thrives when everyone contributes something.
