Together, we'll get into what Rachel Maddow uncovered and what it means for the fight to preserve democracy now.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Inspired by her research for the podcast Ultra, Maddow unearths a forgotten plot by elected officials and fascist paramilitaries to overthrow the U.S. government and install authoritarian rule, and the heroic efforts of those who fought to stop them.
She draws a direct line from that chapter to the authoritarian currents alive in our politics today, making this essential reading for anyone trying to make sense of the moment and find the will to keep fighting.
