Global Presidential Primary: Vote in Person/In Lyon
On Super Tuesday, Democrats Abroad Lyon invites you to vote for the Democratic presidential candidate of your choice in person in Lyon. And it's real! It counts!
Democrats Abroad sends delegates to the Democratic convention who vote for candidates in proportion to the results of our Global Presidential Primary (GPP). Your vote with Democrats Abroad is extremely powerful since only tens of thousands of people will participate in the global primary, but millions will vote in your home state. Plus you will send a signal to the Democratic Party that Americans abroad are alive and well and have specific concerns.
You are eligible to vote in the GPP just by being a member of Democrats Abroad and choosing to vote for the Democratic presidential candidate of your choice through Democrats Abroad rather than through your home state. If you are not a member of Democrats Abroad, you can join on site at the GPP event or join on this site.
Note that if you vote in the GPP for the Democratic Presidential candidate of your choice, you can still vote for all other candidate preferences, Senators, Representatives and local officials, in your home state primary.
If you can't join us to vote in person on Super Tuesday, please vote online via democratsabroad.org. An electronic ballot will be available on February 18.
