Happy Hike: Frick Cherry Trail-Basel and Zurich!
The Zürich and Basel chapters are meeting at our halfway point for a hike amongst the cherry trees! They should be in full bloom this time of year! This is an easy 4km walk that is family and stroller friendly. We will have time for a picnic under the trees, and so bring lunch with you. More serious hikers can add a 6km loop toward the end of our trail!
Getting there:
If driving, we will meet you at the trailhead at 10:15.
If coming by train from Zürich, we'll be taking the 9:10am IR 36 toward Basel SBB. Get off at Frick and transfer to Bus 136 at 10:05am. Ride to Gipf Oberfrick and follow the signs for the Chriesiwäg. If the bus is too full, the trailhead is an 18 minute walk from the Frick station.
