Vaud/Valais Dems Meetup, September 2026
Monthly meetup for Vaud/Valais Dems - a rotation of venues in various cites and towns within these two regions will be explored. An evening of drinks, food, sharing (and venting!)... while discussing what can we do to support from Abroad. Updates on Democrats Abroad Take Action and personal ways you can contribute along with the upcoming DA Global and local DA Swiss events in 2026. Third thursday of each month.

A classic Irish Pub with a large choice of beers on tap, local wines, and a extensive & varied menu. Friendly staff as you would expect, located with a view of the Lake Geneva waterfront, sitting in the heart of Montreux. Darts, pool tables and other games on site in their game room if we like!
Public transport- Montreux train station stop, turn left exting the statio, 5 minute walk to Barrel Oak on Avenue des Alpes
Parking by car: Large public parking garage at Montreux Train Station, or street parking
