Your Weekly Guide to Staying Politically Active—From Abroad

Right now, only 10% of our members have requested their 2026 overseas ballots. That number should worry all of us. Our votes from abroad have decided close races before, and they can do it again this year—but only if we’re actually on the rolls and have our ballots in hand. While we’re organizing, the GOP is working overtime to make it harder for us to vote at all through bills like the so‑called “Save America Act,” new state-level hurdles, and quiet purges of voter rolls. They know our votes matter. That’s exactly why they’re trying to silence us.
We don’t have to let them. We just have to act right now.
Here’s what you need to do today

Request your ballot today
Go to VoteFromAbroad.org and request your 2026 overseas ballot. It only takes a few minutes, and you’ll be set for the entire election year.

Don’t delay. Don’t put it off.
Do it today! Before you forget, before life gets in the way, before another bad headline drops. Seriously, just do it.

Then help 3 more people
When you’ve requested your ballot, think of three friends or family members who are U.S. citizens abroad:- Send them the link to https://votefromabroad.org to request their ballot
- Ask them to confirm when they’ve done it
- Offer to sit with them (online or in person) while they complete the form
If each of us gets our ballot request in and helps just three others do the same, we can quickly move that thermometer from 10% to where it needs to be. It will take all of us voting to win in November.
Every request is a small act of defiance against voter suppression and a big step toward protecting our rights, our democracy, and our future.
