DPCA Resolutions: Town Hall #2 (EMEA/AMERICAS)

Join us for a DPCA Town Hall Discussion about 2025 Resolutions on May 13 at 1pm US Eastern - All are welcome to attend.

• The texts of resolutions for the Town Hall are available to view here on the Wiki.
• Comments, feedback and questions may be submitted on the documents on the Wiki 
• Please review the latest text prior to the Town hall.
  
• Please include the resolution number(s) in email requests.
• There is a Google form for co-sponsoring on the Wiki
• The Public commenting period ends on May 19 at 23:59pm US Eastern / WDC time.
• The committee report and final text of the resolutions will be sent out to the DPCA Voting Body On May 22, 15-days prior to the AGM, pursuant to the Charter.

The DPCA will consider resolutions submitted by its members at the DPCA Global Meeting on June 6-8, 2025. Proposed resolution should pertain to the work of Democrats Abroad, and should not be irrelevant or contrary to the organization’s mission. Please consult the DA Charter for further information. Town Basic Hall Procedure (tentative based on the number of submissions):

During the Town Hall, each draft resolution will be given a total of ten (10) minutes, allotted as follows: 

• Two (2) minutes for the primary sponsor to discuss the item,
• Three (3) minutes for the committee to ask questions, and
• Five  (5) minutes for the public to make additional comments. 

If there's time remaining after the first discussions of each resolution, the committee may open discussion or comments on all resolutions, and will manage discussion appropriately.
