Caroline Frauman will join us from Europe where she is currently on assignment for Rep. Moore.
Rep. Moore serves on the House Ways and Means Committee as well as the all-important tax writing subcommittee, the Special Revenue Measures Subcommittee, where she is working to create a more fair and progressive tax code that provides Americans greater opportunity and financial security. And she oversees a range of critical supports for workers, children, and families as a member of the Worker and Family Support Subcommittee and Social Security Subcommittee.
Rep. Moore is in an ideal position to advise and support our work to persuade Congress to include much-needed tax reforms for Americans abroad in the legislation being written this year. Further, she can help us draw attention to concerns of Americans parents abroad in proposals to reform the Child Tax Credit and of Americans retiring abroad whose U.S. Social Security Benefits have been cut due to the Windfall Elimination Provision.
