DA Global Presidential Primary In-Person Voting Center
VOTE!
CAST YOUR BALLOT for your preferred candidate for the Democratic Nomination for President, at the Global Presidential Primary Voting Center in Toulouse, on "Super Tuesday," March 3, 2020 OR on Saturday, March 7th at the same venue.
The in-person Voting Center is open from 2pm to 7pm--but you can also vote by other methods--online, fax, post.
The venue for the in-person Voting Center is an American-themed restaurant called Carson City at 3 Place Olivier in the St. Cyprien neighborhood of Toulouse (31300).
You can get to Saint-Cyprien by Bus, Metro or Light Rail. These are the lines and routes that have stops nearby: Bus: 062, 14, 31, 45

The 2020 Democrats Abroad Global Presidential Primary (GPP) runs from March 3 to March 10, 2020.
There will be in-person voting centers throughout France over that week, so even if you are traveling, you may still be able to vote in-person in another French city if a Democrats Abroad Chapter exists in that region.
- Vote in-person at our Voting Centers, or remotely via email, mail, or fax.
- Ballots for remote voting will be available for download from February 18.
- Register to vote in the Global Presidential Primary by joining Democrats Abroad https://www.democratsabroad.org/join.
- To vote, you must be a US citizen living abroad (temporarily or permanently), 18 years of age by Nov 3, 2020 (election day). This means 17-year-olds can take part in the Primary.
- Same-day registration allowed at Voting Centers.
- Assistance for registering for your home state ballot (should you wish to vote for races down-ballot) will be available on-site--or you may email your queries to [email protected]/.
- NOTE: You cannot vote in TWO Presidential Primaries--thus if you have voted or intend to vote in your home state primary for a Presidential candidate, you cannot also take part in the Democrats Abroad Global Primary. (You can vote in the primary for OTHER posts, such as Senator or Member of Congress on your home state ballot.)
