As members of the Democrats Abroad (DA) Affirmative Action Committee (AAC), we are tasked with encouraging the Democrats Abroad delegation to the 2024 Democratic National Convention to reflect the current diversity of Democrats Abroad accurately.
In our commitment to fostering inclusivity, we aim to provide opportunities for delegate candidates from historically disadvantaged groups, including African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Arab Americans, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, Native Americans, Native Hawaiians, Veterans and Military Families, individuals with disabilities, those identifying as part of the LGBTQ+ community, and the youth demographic.
We crafted a brief online survey to better understand the current diversity within our global membership. Your insights are crucial in helping us comprehensively understand our community's composition. The survey is designed to take only 3 to 5 minutes of your time, and all responses will remain strictly anonymous.
