12:00pm - Set-up and volunteer arrival
12:30pm - Doors open
1:00pm - 3:30pm: AGM and Council Meeting

• Chapter Reports
• Caucus & Committee Reports

3:30pm - Networking
4:00pm - Venue close

The Annual General Meeting will also serve as a Council Meeting.
