DAUK Scotland Edinburgh LGBTQ+ Pride Walk Together

🌈 Walk alongside fellow Democrats at Edinburgh Pride on Saturday June 20th! 🌈

All are welcome to join us as we come together to support and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community at one of Scotland's biggest Pride events. 

As Central Edinburgh is likely to be very busy, please meet us at Holyrood Car Park at 12:00pm. From there we will then walk together to join the march. 

Important note - anyone can participate in Edinburgh Pride as an individual. We have organized this meet-up so that members can walk together, but all participants will be attending as private individuals. As Edinburgh Pride requires organizations to register officially in advance, we will not be participating as an official Democrats Abroad UK/Scotland or LGBTQ+ Caucus group. Therefore, please do not bring Democrats Abroad banners, signs, or other branded materials, including U.S. flags. We will simply be walking together as a group of private individuals celebrating Pride. This is our first year organizing a Pride meet-up in Edinburgh, and if there is strong interest, we hope to explore registering as an official group for future Pride events.

Want to make a morning of it? We are also hosting a pre-march brunch at 10:00am before heading to the parade. If you'd like to join us for brunch, please RSVP separately via the brunch event page.
