An enthusiastic turnout marked DA Caribbean Islands’ live US overseas absentee voter information and registration event held on March 5th, 2026, at the seaside Fig Tree restaurant in Bequia, St Vincent & the Grenadines. Voters’ questions were answered by trained voter assistants Christine Burstein, DA Caribbean Islands’ founding chair, and Communications Director Sally Erdle.
Several voters were helped to register as overseas absentees, and the voting-curious were walked through the FPCA process and given take-home info flyers. Others, who vote in the States, came to show their support, cookies were shared, and we even got a new DA member!
