Am I Eligible to Vote?
You are eligible to vote from Japan if:
- You are a US citizen or binational Japanese/US citizen
- You will be 18 on or before election day
- US citizens can generally vote in federal elections even if you were not born in the US or have never lived there — check your state's rules at VoteFromAbroad.org/states
Can I Still Register?
This depends on your state. Go to votefromabroad.org and click "Your State Rules" to check your state's deadline and confirm your registration status.
