Proposed Amendment to Ban Data Centers? Not This Year!

Starting in April, with a very short time period to collect signatures made this effort a bit of a 'hail Mary.' But Conserve Ohio and a thousand volunteers across the state are not giving up. The signatures gathered so far may fall short of the July 1 deadline, but they won't rot. They're still good if the rest of the needed quota can be gathered for 2027. Read more here.
