Ballot request deadline: Oct 31, 2023
Ballot return deadline: Mail only: ballot Signed by Nov 7 at 7:30 pm AND Received by Nov 11, 2023 (postal mail or diplomatic pouch)
*If sent by courier: Must be received by Nov 7, 2023 at 7:30 pm
