What Is Issue 3 on the Ohio Ballot?

No surprise! Ohio's GOP legislature wants to make the photo ID for voting requirement permanent. They can do that by enshrining it in the state constitution. Ohio Capital Journal lays out the issue, the up and down sides. It looks like it's part of the effort to suppress Democratic votes. As before, no surprise here. Vote NO on this one.
