Abuse Allegations Make The NY Times!

There's not much new in the race for the OH-07, except that Democrat Brian Poindexter, has polled to within 1 point in a district Trump won by double digits. Oh, and the checkered history and disturbing accusations by Miller's ex-wife (daughter of Bernie Moreno, Ohio's 'senior' senator) have gone national via this major daily. Those allegations of abuse aren't going away, belligerent as the congressman is in denying them as well as those made by a former girlfriend.

The senator has stayed mum, apart from voicing his full support for his daughter's well-being. And now, this update. Moreno says Miller unfit to serve. Well! Both the senator and the congressman are staunch MAGA acolytes with close ties to the White House.

Poindexter, meanwhile, is a current local public servant with lifelong working class cred and a strong campaigning style. More on Poindexter coming up.
