ROCK THE VOTE HOST COMMITTEE: VIP!
Passionate about voter registration and making a big splash with the youth vote in the midterms? Here is your chance to make a difference!
Vote From Abroad is holding a FREE rock concert in the tradition of Rock the Vote. Our goal is to drive a wave of youth participation, making the voter registration experience easy and ... FUN! We will be advertising this event at overseas university campuses, high school bilingual programs, on Reddit and other youth oriented bulletin boards, and with influencers to spread the word.
By making this concert FREE, we hope to make this event accessible to everyone. But we need your help! We have a total budget of $1350. Anonymous donors have already donated $650 but we need YOU to help us come up with the rest.
We are selling 14 tickets, asking for a minimum donation of $50. Buying a ticket will allow you to become part of this event's VIP HOST COMMITTEE.* You will get the following fun benefits:
- Be part of a VIP experience in a VIP room with free drinks and snacks. You will also get one of our signature Rock the Vote buttons as a gift.
- Bring a plus one along to share the experience with you
- Have your name called when the band dedicates a song to the host committee
- Have the chance to dedicate one song in the show to a person of your choosing
*You may also choose to make a larger donation. Any extra money we collect will go straight to our GOTV registration efforts! We need money to pay for stamps, print voter materials, and to send our voter assistants to register students at universities outside the Paris area.
