10/16 - New Member Social & Voter Support Night
Welcome New Members of DA!
On the evening of Friday, October 16th, Democrats Abroad - BC Mainland is holding our first New Member Welcome event! From 6:00pm to 8:00pm, we’ll be hanging out at The Pleasant on Main Street. The Pleasant has been a great supporter of DA for quite some time, and we thoroughly enjoy celebrating there. This is a great chance for new and long-standing members to meet up and get energized for the Midterm Elections!
Beyond meeting fellow DA members, you’ll have the opportunity to get assistance with any Voting Queries you may have - we will have our Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) team ready to help out. And you do not need to be a DA member to get assistance with voting - we will help everyone! 😀
During the evening we will share what we have planned leading up to and including the Midterm Elections Night, as well what's happening for our annual U.S. Thanksgiving event.
Everyone should feel free to bring other Americans, even if they are not members. And as always, our non-American allies are very welcome!
BTW - There may even be some prizes during the evening. 🎁
Swing by and hang out with Democrats Abroad at The Pleasant!
