URGENT: NC Voters! Don’t let Republicans erase your vote

Update April 23: A Federal Appeals court has granted a temporary pause, or "stay", on the cure process as NC judge considers the case. More information here

Update April 17:
The NC Board of Elections (BoE) has now ruled out challenges to all ballots except 1,409 overseas and military votes from Guilford County, as well as up to 266 never resided votes. These ballots were cast in last year's State Supreme Court election and are being challenged by Jefferson Griffin, the failed Republican Supreme Court candidate in N.C.

Next steps:
Impacted Guilford county voters will shortly be able to rescue their votes by sending in a copy of a photo id or a photo id exception form. The Guilford County will be reaching out to Guilford county voters with instructions on how to use the NC online voter portal to submit this information securely. A 30 day clock will start ticking as soon as the portal is available and those instructions go out. Please wait until then to get in touch with your local election official.

Impacted never resided voters from across NC will also be allowed to rescue their votes during the 30 day period. If your ballot has been challenged, but you have resided even a brief time in NC, you may be able to submit an affidavit attesting to that residency and identifying your prior residence address. Again, you should hear from your election office once they have the instructions ready to roll out.

If you are a Guilford County voter abroad or a NC never resided voter please get in touch with us at [email protected]. We're here to support you!

As well, stay tuned - this is an evolving situation and we will continue to update you as it develops.

Please share this message.
Other NC voters may not know they’re affected — spread the word on social media and in your networks.

We’re in a race to cure as many ballots as possible. Please make sure your vote is ok, and then reach out to other NC friends and family members who vote from overseas as well.
