Is it actually helpful for veterans to use AI (artificial intelligence) chat bots when preparing to submit a disability claim to the Department of Veterans Affairs? Is it necessary to redact your personal information on military documents and medical records? What can AI do better than humans when it comes to analyzing service-related injuries and illnesses to establish service connection? Should you file a claim all by yourself, use the assistance of someone accredited by the VA, or can AI do it all for you?
With AI seemingly everywhere these days, veterans are encouraged to learn more about AI’s usage before finalizing any VA claim or appeal. In this week’s VMF podcast episode, we answer the above questions and more. Kick back and hear Libby, Jessica, and Michael have a conversation about using artificial intelligence, or A.I., when thinking about filing a VA claim.
