We defeated the GOP's Issue 1 power grab in August. We're turning to TWO important Issues on the November 7th ballot.

And THIS time, we're voting YES!

Issue 1: Provide that each individual has the right to make and carry out one’s own reproductive decisions.

Issue 2: Legalize the recreational use of marijuana for adults 21 or older.

Secretary of State Frank LaRose is using every trick in the book to confuse voters by changing the language of the issue on the ballot and setting himself up as the Republican candidate against Senator Sherrod Brown in 2024. But he is up against Ohio voters who have rejected his crooked rhetoric once already and are prepared to do so again this November!

UOCAVA ballots will be sent out on September 22nd, so now is the time to make sure you have requested your ballot (we strongly urge you to have it sent via email)

  • If you have voted already this year, you should get yours.
  • If you do not receive your ballot by September 23, please contact your local Board of Elections.
  • If you have any questions or need help preparing your ballot for return, write to [email protected]
