You can drop in at any point—no appointment is necessary. Whether you have a quick question or need help working through the voting process, we're happy to help.

We can assist with things such as:

• Registering to vote from abroad and figuring out which forms you need
• Requesting your overseas ballot and understanding the deadlines that apply to you
• Checking whether you've received your ballot and what to do if you haven't
• Understanding how to complete and return your ballot from Germany
• Figuring out how to return your ballot by mail, email, or fax, depending on the requirements of your state
• Troubleshooting common problems that can come up when voting from abroad

Our goal is to make voting from abroad as straightforward as possible. We can help you navigate the process and find the information you need, but we won't tell you how to vote or which candidates or issues to support.
